Terms and Conditions for Mackenzie’s Gym / Holiday Club
1. Registration and Enrollment
1.1. To enrol your child in Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club, you must complete a registration form and provide accurate and up-to-date information about your child, including any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
1.2. Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may be limited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrolment at our discretion.
2. Payment and Fees
2.1. Payment for Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club is required in advance, as specified in our fee schedule. Payments can be made through the booking app (Class for Kids) If not funded by HAF.
2.2. Fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made 5 days or more before the start of the program are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Children enrolled in Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club are expected to follow our code of conduct, which includes respecting staff and fellow participants, using appropriate language, and engaging in positive and safe behaviour.
4.2. We reserve the right to dismiss any child from the program if their behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or harmful to others.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the children attending Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club. However, accidents and injuries may occur. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
5.2. We must be notified of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs that your child may have. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to provide any necessary medication or accommodations.
6. Liability and Responsibility
6.1. Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club, its employees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the program.
7. Photography and Media Release
7.1. Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club may take photographs or videos of the children during the program for promotional purposes. By enrolling your child, you grant permission for your child's image to be used in such materials. Unless agreed differently prior to the Holiday Club.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be provided to enrolled participants and posted on our website.
Disclaimer for Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club
By enrolling your child in Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. However, there are inherent risks associated with any recreational activity, and accidents or injuries may occur.
- It is your responsibility as the parent or guardian to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your child, including any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
- Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club and its staff will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants. However, we shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the program.
- You grant permission for Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club to use photographs or videos of your child for promotional purposes. (Unless agreed differently prior to the Holiday Club.
- Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club reserves the right to dismiss any child from the program if their behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or harmful to others.
- Fees for Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club are non-refundable, except in cases where the program is cancelled by Mackenzie’s Gym/ Holiday Club.
